I capeesh your efforts towards resolving the issue.

This event may occur due to corrupt brandish driver or settings.

If the reckoner boots in safe way, I would suggest you to uninstall display driver in safe mode, restart the computer in normal mode and and so try to update latest display commuter.

In condom mode, yous may follow these steps to uninstall brandish commuter.

a. Printing Windows + X keys and click device manager.

b. Click to aggrandize brandish adapters.

c. Correct click the adapter and click uninstall.

Now, showtime your computer normally.

Further, you may update latest display driver from the computer manufacturer's website and cheque the issue.

I followed the steps yous told about uninstalling the display driver...i've tried 2 times only it didn't piece of work.Information technology isn't uninstalling as i can still run across information technology in the device director.Intel(r)hd graphics 4000 is my display driver.My laptop model is-dell inspiron 15z (touch). And the link you mentioned about installing drivers....information technology says windows 8.1 automatically does it.And when i try to update my display commuter information technology shows that it is upto date.Can u PLS Assist  !!

Nevermind....The laptop is working fine at present...I refreshed the PC back to windows 8.

It is good to know that you managed to resolve the issue.

However, information technology is unfortunate that y'all had to refresh W‌indows.

Apps yous installed from websites and DVDs are removed. Apps that came with your PC and apps y'all installed from the Windows Store get reinstalled. Windows puts a list of removed apps on your desktop after refreshing your PC.
